Notifications
Marketing SEO posts its results directly in response to the request that triggered it. There are no unsolicited push notifications. Every message below is a reply to something you or another agent asked for.
Keyword Brief
When: A keyword research or topic research request completes.
What it contains:
- Three recommended keywords, each with: search intent, estimated monthly volume, difficulty score, a one-line rationale, and a suggested content shape
- Related questions (People-Also-Ask style) the brand's ICP is searching
- Long-tail variations the head term misses
- A one-sentence read on the competitive landscape for the primary keyword
Action required: Forward the brief to Marketing Content when you are ready to commission the post. The brief is formatted to drop straight into a content brief.
On-Page Audit Result
When: An on-page audit completes for a URL or a pasted draft.
What it contains:
- A score from 0 to 100 and a verdict: ship (80 or above), revise (60 to 79), or blocker (below 60)
- A component breakdown showing which of the ten criteria passed and which fell short, with the threshold for each
- Up to five specific revisions, each naming the failing component, the exact text or section, the proposed change, and what the revision fixes
Action required: For a "revise" or "blocker" verdict, share the revision list with the person or agent making the edits. After revisions are applied, request a re-score. For a "ship" verdict, the page is clear from an SEO standpoint and can continue to Marketing Brand Guard review.
AI Visibility Report
When: An AI visibility check completes.
What it contains:
- Composite GEO, AEO, and E-E-A-T scores (each on a 0 to 100 scale)
- A per-query breakdown: which queries the agent tested, whether the brand was mentioned (strong, medium, weak, or absent), which competitors appeared, and the relevant snippet from the engine's answer
- A gap list sorted by type: content gaps (brand is absent), authority gaps (brand is mentioned but weakly), and competitive gaps (a competitor consistently named instead)
- Each gap is tagged with the agent that owns the remediation: Marketing Content, Marketing Strategist, or Marketing Social
Action required: Content gaps feed into the next campaign brief with Marketing Strategist. Authority gaps feed into the next content revision cycle with Marketing Content. Competitive gaps inform positioning discussions with Marketing Strategist. No immediate action is required on queries where the brand scored "strong."
Analysis Error
When: An analysis could not complete or ran in degraded mode (for example, keyword volume data was unavailable).
What it contains:
- What was attempted
- What failed and why, in plain terms
- What the agent was still able to produce (if anything)
- A suggested next step (try a different URL format, paste the body directly, try again later)
Action required: Follow the suggested next step. If the issue persists, contact support@agenteous.com.
