Notifications

Sales Assistant sends two kinds of notification: the re-engagement approval card (the main interaction) and an error notice when something prevented a draft from being created. The approval card shows up in two places at once: in your designated Slack channel, and on the Sales page and in the Work Queue in the app. If your agency has turned Slack off, the Slack card is not posted; every draft waits for you in the app instead. Acting in one place clears it from the other.

Re-Engagement Approval Card

When: Sales Assistant completes a scan and finds a dormant prospect that warrants re-engagement.

What it contains:

  • Contact name and company
  • Source that flagged the silence: HubSpot deal, HubSpot contact, or Gmail thread
  • How long the prospect has been quiet
  • Draft email subject line
  • First lines of the draft body as a preview
  • A one-sentence rationale explaining the re-engagement angle
  • Brand Guard verdict: clean pass, or a note on what was flagged
  • Open in Gmail and Dismiss buttons

Action required: Open the draft in Gmail to review and send it, or dismiss to skip this prospect. From your Work Queue you can also Snooze a draft to set it aside and bring it back later. Cards and draft rows remain actionable until you respond; acting in any one place clears the others.

Brand Review Warning (on the Card)

When: Brand Guard flags a concern in the draft.

What it contains:

  • The brand verdict (flagged or hard reject)
  • A short note on what triggered the flag

Action required: If flagged with a warning, you can open the draft in Gmail, edit the highlighted section, and send. A hard reject means the draft was not written to Gmail Drafts; you may ask Sales Assistant to redraft from Slack.

Scan Error Notice

When: A scanner encounters a problem and could not complete its check.

What it contains:

  • Which source had the issue (HubSpot or Gmail)
  • A plain-English description of the problem (for example: "Gmail connection not available" or "HubSpot data could not be read")

Action required: None immediately. If the issue persists, check that your Gmail and HubSpot connections are active in Agenteous. Contact support@agenteous.com if the error continues across multiple scans.
