Commands
Talk to Sales Assistant in its designated Slack channel. You can trigger a scan, ask for a draft status, or dismiss a prospect directly from a card, all without leaving Slack.
Trigger a Scan Now
Sales Assistant runs automatically every few hours, but you can request an immediate scan at any time.
@Agenteous scan for dormant prospects
Sales Assistant checks all three sources (HubSpot deals, HubSpot contacts, Gmail threads), identifies newly dormant entries, and queues up to five drafts. Each draft that passes brand review becomes an approval card in the channel. If everything is current and no new dormancy is found, it replies with a brief confirmation.
Ask What Is Queued
@Agenteous what's in the sales queue?
Sales Assistant summarises how many approval cards are pending and whether any drafts are waiting on brand review.
Request a Draft for a Specific Contact or Deal
@Agenteous draft a re-engagement email for [company name]
Sales Assistant looks up the contact or deal in HubSpot, checks Gmail for any recent thread, and generates a draft. It posts the approval card with the same format as a scheduled-scan card.
Redraft a Queued Email
If you want a different angle on a draft that is already in your queue:
@Agenteous redraft the email for [company name]
Sales Assistant generates a new version and updates the approval card. The original draft is replaced.
Approval Buttons
Each approval card Sales Assistant posts includes two buttons.
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Open in Gmail | Opens the draft in your Gmail account so you can read the full email, edit if needed, and click Send |
| Dismiss | Skips this prospect; no email is sent and the card is resolved |
There is no automatic send. Clicking Open in Gmail opens the draft for your review; you decide whether to send it from there.
If Brand Guard flagged the draft, the card notes the verdict before you open it. You can still open the draft, edit it to address the concern, and send.
