The Concierge runs when you ask and at no other time. It has no daily post, no scan, and no background work.

When It Answers

It answers any time you mention it in its Slack channel. Mentions in other channels do not reach it.

What It Does Not Do on Its Own

• It does not post a roster or any announcement. It shows the agent list only when you mention it with help.
• It does not follow up on a question after it replies.
• It does not send reminders.

If you need something to happen on a schedule, ask the specialist whose job it is.
