Ops Agents

Commands

Talk to the Concierge by mentioning @Agenteous in the concierge channel. There are no slash commands or structured forms. Write what you need in plain language and the Concierge handles the rest.

Ask for Help with a Marketing Task

@Agenteous I need help putting together a Q3 campaign plan for one of our clients

The Concierge identifies the domain (campaign planning) and routes your request to the Marketing Strategist in the strategy channel. It posts a confirmation in your thread naming the agent and the channel.

Find Out Which Specialist Handles Something

@Agenteous who handles SEO work?

The Concierge answers from the live agent roster, telling you the specialist's name and where to find them. If no active specialist covers the domain, it says so plainly.

Get an Overview of What the Platform Covers

@Agenteous what can Agenteous do?

The Concierge describes the active specialist agents and what each one covers. It only lists agents that are currently active; it does not list agents that are not yet ready to take requests.

Route an Ambiguous Request

@Agenteous I need to work on our client's brand presence

If the request could fit more than one specialist (for example, positioning strategy vs. social content vs. brand compliance), the Concierge posts one clarifying question. Once you answer, the handoff happens without another round of back-and-forth.

Report Something Outside a Specialist's Scope

@Agenteous the system isn't responding

Platform incidents and service issues fall outside any specialist's scope. The Concierge tells you this plainly and directs you to the platform team. It does not route platform issues to a marketing agent.

Approval Buttons

The Concierge does not post approval cards. It is a routing agent and does not draft deliverables. Approval cards come from the specialist agents after a handoff, under each specialist's own approval rules.
