Marketing Designer posts all results to the design channel unless the request came from the content channel, in which case the result appears in the thread where you tagged the agent.
Generation Ready
When: A requested image has been generated and is ready for review.
What it contains:
- The refined brief: scene, composition rule, mood, palette references, and style note
- The generated image
- A brand fit note naming which visual elements the asset honours
- The alt text (ready to copy into your CMS or post)
- Two alternative prompts you can trigger if the primary misses
Action required: Review the image. If it is for a content post, use the Attach button or reply "attach" to link it. If you want a different take, use one of the alternative prompts.
Generation Saved (Stub)
When: The image generation service was not reachable, but the refined brief has been saved.
What it contains:
- The refined prompt, which you can copy and use in any image tool manually
- A note that the generation did not complete and the reason
- The generation ID so you can attach a result manually once you have one
Action required: Take the refined prompt to an image tool of your choice. When you have a URL for the result, reply with it and the agent will attach it to the correct record.
Content Handoff Received
When: Marketing Content has flagged a post as needing an image and the agent has picked up the brief.
What it contains:
- The post title and a brief summary of the topic
- A note that brief refinement is running
Action required: None at this stage. The generation ready notification follows shortly.
Attachment Confirmed
When: A generated image has been successfully linked to a content post.
What it contains:
- The post title
- A confirmation that the image is now attached
- The alt text that was applied
Action required: None. The post record in Marketing Content now shows the image.
Error: Request Could Not Be Completed
When: The agent cannot process the request, for example because the post ID was not found, the brand was not recognised, or the prompt was empty.
What it contains:
- A plain-language description of what went wrong
- What was requested
- A suggested next step
Action required: Correct the request based on the suggestion and try again.
