Notifications

Marketing Designer posts to Slack only when a Slack channel is set up for it, and only for standard generations. Every generation, posted or not, is listed on the Designer page in the app, so you can work without Slack.

Generation Ready

When: A standard image has been generated.

What it contains:

• The brand, the image size, and the source it was made for, if any
• The image itself, when it has an address Slack can display; otherwise the location of the saved file
• The refined prompt
• A composition note and a brand fit note
• Buttons: Attach to Content, Regenerate, Open in App, and Set Asset URL in the more menu

Action required: Look at the image. Attach it to a post if it is for one, choose Regenerate for another attempt, or leave it. Nothing is attached until you do it.

Generation Saved as a Stub

When: The image service could not be reached, so only the brief was saved.

What it contains:

• The same card, with the status "stub": the image service was unavailable and the refined prompt is usable
• The refined prompt, which you can use in any image tool

Action required: Choose Regenerate to try again, or make the image elsewhere and use Set Asset URL to paste its address. Once the address is set, the generation can be attached.

Attached

When: You attach a generation to a content post.

What it contains: The same card with its buttons removed and a status line saying the image is attached to the content post.

Action required: None.

Failed

When: A generation could not be completed.

What it contains: A status line with the reason.

Action required: Start a new generation, or contact support@agenteous.com if the reason is unclear.

Private Replies to Your Clicks

When: You choose Regenerate or another button and something prevents it, or Regenerate finishes.

What it contains: A short message only you can see: that the generation was not found, that regenerating failed with a reason, or that the new generation was created and with what status.

Action required: Follow the message.
