PM Assistant
PM Assistant keeps time tracking and task budgets honest for your agency. It compares the time your team logs in your project tool (ClickUp) with each person's daily and weekly targets, and it watches task time against estimates. It nudges people privately in Slack and posts team summaries, budget reports and a morning brief to your operations channel.
You do not talk to it. There is no Slack command and no approval step. Its messages carry only buttons that open ClickUp. It never logs time, edits a task or changes an estimate. Everything it posts is an internal notification to a person or your operations channel, and nothing goes outside the company.
What It Does
One scheduled check runs every five minutes, and each kind of message has its own time window so the same message is not sent twice. The check is skipped if no project tool is connected.
Near the end of each person's shift, it sends them a private time check. People who are on target get a short thank-you, and people who are short are told by how much. Each morning, anyone who logged nothing, or less than 80 percent of their daily target, on their last working day gets a private catch-up note. It can repeat on the mornings that follow, including weekends, until that day's time is logged or a new working day has passed. On each person's last working day of the week, around midday, they get a weekly check on their hours.
For the team, it posts a morning brief and a daily budget report in the early morning, a Time Check for Yesterday summary, an end-of-day wrap, and a weekly report on Monday. When a person has a timer running on a task that has gone over its estimate, it warns them immediately and posts a short line in the operations channel.
People on leave are skipped, and their weekly targets are pro-rated, so a vacation day is not counted as a miss.

What Requires Your Attention
PM Assistant is a notifier. It reads, decides when a message is due and sends it. It does not act for anyone.
Every follow-up is a person's job. Someone told they are short logs the missing time. Someone told a task is over budget stops the timer and talks to a manager, who decides whether to re-scope, change the estimate or carry on. Managers read the team posts and follow up. The buttons on its messages are Track Time in ClickUp, View Timesheets in ClickUp and Open in ClickUp, and they only open ClickUp.
