Proof Point Grounding

When Agenteous drafts a blog post or a social post, it can ground the draft in proof points captured from your real client calls and meetings: specific outcomes, quotes, and results. Only proof points that a person has approved are available to the agents.

Where the Connection Shows Up

Open a blog draft or a LinkedIn draft in the app. If the draft was grounded in proof points, a highlight appears on the draft. Its headline is written for each draft, so the wording and the count change from one draft to the next. A typical highlight says the draft is grounded in a number of proof points from your client calls.

Each proof point is shown as a chip. Selecting a chip takes you to the Proof Points page, scrolled to that exact piece of evidence, so you can see the source behind a claim before you approve the draft. A draft that was not grounded in any proof point shows no highlight.

Why This Matters

  • Trust. A grounded draft points back to the evidence it used, so you can check a claim before it goes out instead of taking it on faith.
  • Privacy. When a proof point is marked anonymous, its chip shows a generic description such as the kind of client it came from rather than the source's real title. Check the proof point itself before relying on this for a sensitive claim.
  • Compounding value. As more calls are captured and approved, the library grows and drafts can get more specific over time.

Managing Your Proof Points

The Proof Points page, under Marketing in the app, is where you browse the library. You can filter by category, by verified or starred, by confidence, and by source type, and star the points you want to keep close.

New candidates need your decision. Points waiting for review appear in a Needs Review section, and only the ones you approve become available to the agents. Rejected points are archived.

Run Scrutiny is a ranking step, not an approval. It removes near-duplicate candidates, scores the rest, and promotes the survivors, which then carry a Scrutiny Passed badge. Passing scrutiny does not make a point usable on its own: a point reaches the agents only after you approve it.
