Schedule

The Principal Assistant runs in two modes: scheduled deliveries that happen automatically, and on-demand responses when you ask for something.

Scheduled Deliveries

Morning brief: Posts each weekday morning. You get the day's calendar, a summary of overnight email, open priorities, and any items carried from the prior day. No action is needed to trigger it.

End-of-day brief: Posts each weekday afternoon. Covers what happened during the day, what is still unresolved, and a preview of the next day. Arrives before the end of the business day so you can close out any open items.

Email triage: Runs continuously throughout the day. When new email arrives in your connected inbox, the assistant does a quick first pass to sort it, then checks whether the message actually needs a reply from you. Cold outreach is filed automatically and never reaches your queue. When a reply is warranted, a draft is prepared and posted as an approval card, and it also appears on your Inbox page in the app. You do not need to ask; it shows up as soon as the draft is ready.

Inbox digest: Delivered as part of each morning and EOD brief. You can also request one at any time by messaging the assistant.

Meeting prep: Sent automatically approximately 30 minutes before each meeting on your connected calendar. Covers who you are meeting, relevant CRM context, and notes from past meetings with the same participants.

Voice calibration: Runs periodically in the background. Analyzes your recent sent email to keep the draft style current. If your drafts start to sound less like you after a stretch without sent mail to sample, re-approving a few edited drafts accelerates the recalibration.

On Demand

Everything else runs when you ask. Meeting intelligence processes as soon as you share a transcript. Decision capture runs as soon as you log a decision. Escalation routing is continuous: signals arrive the moment they cross a threshold, any time of day.

Routine, non-urgent notifications can be held until working hours so they do not ping you in the evening or on a weekend. Genuinely urgent escalations are exempt: they reach you the moment the signal crosses the threshold, any time of day.
