Marketing Agents
Schedule
The Marketing Strategist runs when you ask it to. It has no autonomous schedule of its own: no recurring reports, no proactive check-ins. All campaign plans, ICP development, competitive analysis, and strategic QA happen in response to your requests in the strategy channel.
What Triggers the Agent
| Trigger | What happens |
|---|---|
You mention @Agenteous in the strategy channel | The agent responds to your campaign planning, ICP, competitive analysis, or strategy request |
| You approve a campaign plan | The agent coordinates briefs to delivery agents as campaign phases proceed |
| Marketing Analytics surfaces a performance report | The agent interprets the data using full-funnel and attribution frameworks and recommends next actions |
Typical Response Times
The agent works through requests in the order they arrive. Complex plans take longer than standalone questions.
| Task | Approximate time |
|---|---|
| Campaign plan (full scope) | 10 to 20 minutes |
| ICP development | 10 to 15 minutes |
| Competitive analysis | 10 to 15 minutes |
| Channel mix recommendation | 5 to 10 minutes |
| Goal-to-OKR translation | 5 to 10 minutes |
| Strategic QA review | 5 to 10 minutes |
| Standalone strategy question | 2 to 5 minutes |
Availability
The agent is available continuously through the strategy channel. You can submit a request at any time and it will respond as soon as it processes your message. There is no window to wait for.
If the agent does not respond within 30 minutes of a request, see Troubleshooting for what to check.
