The Marketing Strategist posts all campaign plans, strategic updates, and QA results to the strategy channel. Here is what each message type looks like and what you should do with it.

Campaign Plan Delivery

When: You requested a campaign plan and the agent has finished building it.

What it contains:

  • Campaign name and which client it covers
  • Brief summary: goal, audience, and north-star KPI
  • Channel rationale: why each channel was selected and what was excluded and why
  • Phased deliverable bundle: what each delivery agent will produce, in what order, with what inputs
  • Sequencing rules: which phases can run in parallel and which must wait for earlier outputs
  • KPI targets with baselines where available
  • Review gates: what gets checked and by whom at each phase boundary

Action required: Review the plan. Use the Approve, Request Revision, or Cancel buttons attached to the message. The agent will not begin coordinating delivery work until you approve.

Strategic QA Result

When: You requested a QA review of a delivery agent's output, or the agent completed a review as part of campaign orchestration.

What it contains:

  • Pass or fail verdict against the strategic alignment checklist
  • Specific findings: audience targeting accuracy, messaging alignment, CTA correctness, KPI-driving element presence, and any cross-deliverable inconsistencies within the same bundle
  • Recommendation: proceed, request revision from the delivery agent, or escalate to human review

Action required: If the verdict is "proceed," no action is needed. If revision is recommended, the agent will note which delivery agent should revise and what specifically needs to change. If escalation is recommended, use the Escalate to Team button.

ICP Delivery

When: You requested an Ideal Client Profile for a client.

What it contains:

  • Firmographic, technographic, psychographic, and behavioral profile dimensions
  • Jobs to be Done: functional, emotional, and social
  • Negative ICP: who is explicitly not a fit and why
  • Scoring matrix with point allocations and routing thresholds

Action required: Review the ICP and confirm it matches your knowledge of the client's best customers. If anything is off, reply with corrections or context. The ICP feeds into every campaign plan and deliverable brief for that client.

Competitive Analysis Delivery

When: You requested a competitive analysis for a client and market.

What it contains:

  • Overview of the competitive market and key players
  • Positioning map: what competitors claim, what they prove, and where their gaps are
  • Differentiation opportunities: what your client can own that competitors are not saying
  • Messaging recommendations: specific positioning angles tied to the identified gaps

Action required: Review and confirm the competitive picture is accurate. Share additional intelligence (recent pricing changes, new entrants, client-specific competitive encounters) if the agent's research missed anything important.

Error or Escalation Alert

When: A campaign brief is missing required information the agent cannot resolve through clarification, a delivery agent's output fails strategic QA two times in a row, or Marketing Brand Guard issues a block on a client-facing output.

What it contains:

  • Description of the issue and which campaign or deliverable is affected
  • Context on what was expected versus what occurred
  • Recommended next steps

Action required: Address the issue per the recommendation. For incomplete briefs, supply the missing information. For repeated QA failures, review the original brief for clarity. For a brand block, escalate to the relevant team member with the context the agent provides.
