Drafts in Progress

Drafts in Progress is the window into what your marketing agents are writing right now, before any of it is ready for your sign-off. Think of it as looking over the writers' shoulders: you can see what is being worked on, who is working on it, and how far along it is, without having to decide anything yet.

This page never asks you to approve. It is a read-only watch-list. When a piece is finished and needs your call, it leaves this list on its own and shows up in The Work Queue, which is where every approval happens.

What You See

The page shows a live feed of in-progress work, one row per draft. Each row gives you the shape of the work at a glance:

• The producing agent. An icon and name tell you which writer is on the job: Content, Social, Email, Podcast, Video, Web Pages, Landing Pages, or Designer.
• A summary. A short line describing what the draft is about, so you can tell pieces apart without opening them.
• The brand. Which of your clients the work is for. Items follow whichever brand you have selected.
• Last updated. How recently the writer touched the draft, so you can see what is moving.
• A status pill. Where the draft is in its life: Drafting (the writer is composing it), In Review (it is being checked over), or Ready (it has cleared and is about to move on for your approval).

A small count at the top tells you how many drafts are in progress in total. When nothing is being written, the page reads "No Marketing Drafts in Progress." If the list cannot load, it says "Marketing Drafts Unreachable" and asks you to refresh in a moment.

What You Can Do

This is a watch page, so most of the time you are simply reading it. There are two things to do here:

• Browse the feed. Skim the rows to see what your team has in flight: what is being written, for which brand, and how close it is to done.
• Open a draft. Click "Open" on any row to jump straight into that agent's own editor. That is where the full draft lives and where you can edit it. The Open button hands you off to the writer's workspace; the editing and the rest of the actions happen there, not on this page.

There is no approve, reject, or skip button here on purpose. Nothing on this list is asking for a decision yet.

How It Connects

Drafts in Progress and The Work Queue are two stages of the same pipeline, and they never show the same item at once. While a piece is still being written, it lives here. The moment it is finished and ready for your sign-off, it drops off this list and arrives in the Work Queue, where you approve, edit, or pass on it. So this page answers "what are the writers working on right now," and the Work Queue answers "what needs me to decide."
