The App at a Glance
The Agenteous web app is your daily workspace. It is where the agents' work lands as finished, organized screens: drafts waiting on your sign-off, the signals the agents noticed, the prospects you are chasing, and the conversations the agents have opened with you. Slack is where you talk to the agents in the flow of your day; the app is where that work collects, ready for you to review.
Think of the app as a companion to Slack, and on busy days a replacement for it. Instead of scrolling a channel to find what needs you, you open the app, read your day at a glance, and act on the items that are waiting. You can start your morning here and leave Slack closed.

What You See
Your home screen opens with a personal welcome and three glance tiles that count the work moving through your workspace:
- Awaiting Review is what is waiting on your sign-off right now. When this reads zero, nothing needs your approval.
- In Progress is the drafts the agents are still preparing. These are not ready for you yet; they are in flight.
- Recent Activity is what has happened across your agents lately, so you can see the workspace is moving.
Below the tiles is the Needs Your Attention shortlist: the top items waiting on you, approvals first, then drafts ready to edit. Each row has an Edit button that takes you straight to where you can act on it. When there is nothing waiting, this reads "You're All Caught Up."
At the bottom is a Quick Actions row: a short set of buttons to start common work without waiting for an agent to surface it.
If the page ever cannot reach your workspace, it shows a "Workspace Unavailable" note and asks you to refresh in a moment.
What You Can Do
From the home screen you can:
- See your whole day at a glance through the three tiles, before you read any detail.
- Open any waiting item from the Needs Your Attention shortlist to review or edit it.
- Brief a new outreach campaign from Quick Actions.
- Jump to the Marketing Workspace to see what every marketing agent is producing.
- Open the Knowledge assistant to ask a question and get a sourced answer.
How You Move Around
A sidebar on the left stays in place while the content changes, so the way to every area is always in the same spot. The main areas, in plain words:
- The Work Queue is your single decision desk. Everything that needs your sign-off or a yes or no call, from every agent, lands here in one prioritized list. This is where you approve, edit, reject, skip, or snooze.
- Drafts is the watch list of work the agents are still writing, before any of it is ready for your approval.
- Your Feed is the daily stream of what the agents noticed: things that changed, background context they dug up, and suggested next steps. You skim it and clear what you have handled.
- Conversations is where you read the back-and-forth in threads an agent has opened with you when it has something to discuss.
- Knowledge is a chat box where you ask a question and get an answer drawn from your agency's own material, with the sources shown.
- The Marketing Workspace is the front door to every marketing agent: where their drafts collect, where you start a new request, and where you review and approve what they produce.
- The sales and client areas are where you find prospects, re-engage stalled deals, draft proposals, and review the work on each client account.
The top of the screen always names where you are, so even the deepest page never leaves you guessing how you got there.
How It Connects
The Work Queue is the hub for every approval. Read The Work Queue once and you will understand the approve, edit, reject, skip, and snooze actions for the whole app; other pages point you back to it. The drafts the agents are still preparing are covered in Drafts (Work in Progress), and the stream of things they noticed is in Your Feed.
Start your day on the home screen, not in Slack. Glance at the three tiles, then work down the Needs Your Attention shortlist. By the time it reads "You're All Caught Up," you have cleared everything that was waiting on you.
