Threads
What It's For
Threads is a read-only list of agent conversations, with a page to read each one in full. No agent records conversations here, so the page shows "No Conversations Recorded Yet". Threads is no longer in the app's sidebar; you reach it only by going to its address directly. To talk with an agent in the browser, use Assistant; decisions an agent needs from you go to the Work Queue.
Conversations
Each row shows the thread's subject, the agent, the client when there is one, how many messages it holds, when the last message arrived, and a status pill: Active, Awaiting Reply or Resolved. The newest activity is listed first. Open takes you to the transcript.
Transcript
The transcript shows every message from oldest to newest, each labelled with who wrote it and when. Agent messages are tinted so you can tell them apart. There is no reply box: threads are for reading only.
All Threads takes you back to the list.
When Something Looks Off
- "Threads Unavailable" means the list could not load. Refresh in a moment.
Who Uses It
- Anyone reviewing a past exchange with an agent.
