Conversations
Conversations is your inbox for the back-and-forth the agents start with you. When an agent has something to talk through or wants your input on a judgment call, it opens a thread here and keeps the whole exchange in one place. This page is where you read those discussions and follow what each agent is thinking.
Each thread is tied to a subject, the agent that opened it, and the client it concerns, so you always know who is asking and about what.
What You See
The Conversations page lists your open threads, newest activity first, with a count of how many conversations you have. Each thread in the list shows:
- Subject: what the conversation is about.
- Agent: which agent opened the thread.
- Client: the client it concerns, when it relates to one.
- Message count: how many messages the thread holds so far.
- Latest activity: when the thread last had a new message.
- Status: a tag that tells you where the thread stands. Active means the conversation is ongoing. Awaiting Reply means the agent is waiting on you. Resolved means the discussion is settled.
Open a thread and you see the full exchange, oldest message to newest. The agent's messages are tinted so they stand out; your own replies sit plain alongside them. Every message is labeled with who wrote it and when.
What You Can Do
Today, Conversations is for reading. Browse the list, scan the status tags to see what needs you, and open any thread to read the full discussion from start to finish.
The Awaiting Reply tag is your cue to look first: it marks the threads where an agent is waiting on your input before it goes further.
How It Connects
A thread is the agents talking with you, not asking you to sign off on finished work. When an agent has a draft ready for your approval, that lands in your Work Queue instead. Conversations is the slower, ongoing discussion: the questions, the context, and the thinking that happen around the work.
Replying inside a thread from this page is coming soon. For now, open a thread to read the exchange and keep up with what the agents are working through.
