Notifications

Marketing Analytics replies when you ask for a summary, and it posts two digests on its own when a Slack channel has been assigned to the agent. It sends no other messages. Depending on your notification settings, a digest can also arrive by email.

Summary Card

When: You run the weekly-summary or rollup command in Slack, or a digest goes out.

What it contains:

• A header naming Marketing Analytics, with the window, such as the last 7 days
• How many agents reported, such as "Producers reporting: 9 of 12"
• Totals for Published, In review, and Blocked across the agents that reported
• A headline count for each agent that reported
• The eight most recent items across the agents, each with the agent, the kind of item, and a short summary
• A link labeled "Open the full rollup"

Action required: None. Read it for a quick picture. Open the full rollup in the app for a brand, a quarter-to-date or year-to-date window, or the figures behind a number.

Weekly Digest

When: Every Monday at 9am, if a Slack channel is assigned to Marketing Analytics.

What it contains: The summary card, covering the last 7 days.

Action required: None. If no channel is assigned, the digest is skipped and nothing is posted.

Monthly Digest

When: On the first day of each month at 9am, if a Slack channel is assigned to Marketing Analytics.

What it contains: The summary card, covering the last 30 days.

Action required: None. If no channel is assigned, the digest is skipped.

Unavailable Agent

When: An agent could not report for the window you chose.

What it contains:

• On the Analytics Rollup screen, the agent's tile is marked Unavailable, with a short reason
• On the summary card, that agent is left out and the count of agents reporting is lower than the total
