Schedule
Marketing PPC runs when you ask it to. Send a campaign export, submit ad copy, or request a budget recommendation and the agent responds in the same Slack thread.
There is no automated cadence that runs without your input. The agent does not pull campaign data on a timer or post unsolicited reports. Every analysis starts from a request you make or a task another agent (such as Marketing Strategist) delegates to it.
If you want a regular performance review, the simplest approach is to make it a team habit: paste the week's campaign export on Monday morning and ask for the analysis. The agent's recommendations are typically ready within a few minutes.
What Triggers the Agent
- A direct message in the agent's channel asking for an analysis, ad-copy review, or budget recommendation.
- A question about a specific campaign or PPC topic.
- A delegation from Marketing Strategist or Marketing Content when paid-channel context is needed for a planning decision.
- A request from Marketing Content for a landing-page coherence check against an ad-copy draft.
What You Supply
Campaign analyses require your campaign data. The agent accepts a standard Google Ads or Meta Ads export pasted into Slack. Ad-copy reviews require the headline, description, and target platform. Budget recommendations build on a recent campaign analysis or data you supply directly.
The agent tells you when it needs more information to complete a request.
