Proof Points runs when you ask it to. It has no background schedule: it does not watch your sources on its own, it does not extract evidence overnight, and it does not refresh the library while you are away. Every action starts with you on the Proof Points library page.
What Happens When You Ask

Each of these finishes in moments and the result shows on the page. Nothing carries on in the background after you walk away.
Why It Works This Way
A proof-point library is only as trustworthy as the judgment behind it. Proof Points is built so that a human is in the loop at the moments that matter: choosing what evidence to capture, and approving what becomes usable. An agent quietly adding evidence on a timer would defeat that. So the work happens at your pace, on your say-so.
Keeping the Library Current
Because there is no automatic refresh, the library stays current through use. After a client call produces a strong result, or a new case study lands, that is the moment to feed the source to Proof Points and approve the new evidence. The library grows as you add to it, and the points you approve stay available for your drafting agents from then on.
