Marketing Proof Points
Marketing Proof Points builds a library of evidence your agency can cite: client outcomes, direct quotes, statistics, and testimonials, each tied to the source it came from. When a draft needs to say that a client's leads tripled, this is where the claim comes from, and where you can check it.
You add evidence by pasting a source into Slack, such as a client-call summary or a case study. The agent proposes candidates. You review them on the Proof Points screen in the app, and only the points you approve can be cited by your drafting agents.
What It Does
Extraction. Given a source, the agent pulls out items that carry a concrete fact, number, outcome, or named source, and each one is written to stand on its own. It leaves out generic opinion, motivational filler, restated common knowledge, and internal notes. Each point is saved with a type (outcome, quote, stat, or testimonial), a short category, an attribution, a confidence estimate, and the source it came from. A new point is a candidate: it cannot be cited yet.
Public-safe versions. When a source is your own work and names a specific client, extraction also writes a public version that states the same outcome without the client's identity. Outside research, which is already public, needs no such version. The public version appears under the point as Public Version.
Scrutiny. Run Scrutiny cleans up a batch of candidates in three steps. It groups near-duplicates by how similar their text is, keeps the longest of each group, and demotes the rest. It asks a fast model to keep or cull each survivor. Then it marks the kept points as Scrutiny Passed, raises their confidence a little, and gives each a relevance score from its type, its confidence, and how recent it is. Statistics and outcomes weigh more than quotes and testimonials. A point with a high enough score is starred automatically. Points that were culled stay as unverified candidates.
Approval. Scrutiny ranks points; it does not release them. A point becomes usable only when you approve it in Needs Review.
Key Capabilities
| Capability | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Evidence extraction | Candidates from pasted text, each with a type, category, attribution, and source |
| Public-safe versions | A client-free restatement for points that name a client |
| Scrutiny pass | Near-duplicates demoted, survivors scored and ranked |
| Needs Review queue | One place to approve or reject candidates, with an optional reason on rejection |
| Approved Library | The set your drafting agents can cite, strongest first: starred, then by relevance and confidence |
| Filters | Category, Source Type, Verified, Starred, and Min Confidence |
| Source links from drafts | A highlight on a draft links straight to the proof point behind a claim |
| Operator controls | Verify, star, and edit the wording of a point on the Operator Console |
The Approval Rule
You are the gate. Extraction and scrutiny run only when someone asks for them, and neither makes a point usable.
Proof Points does on its own, when asked:
- Extract candidates from a source
- Dedupe, score, and rank candidates when you run Scrutiny
- Write a public version when a client is named
You decide:
- Approve or reject each candidate in Needs Review. Approve makes the point available to your drafting agents. Reject sets it aside
- When to run Scrutiny
- Whether to star, verify, or edit a point, if you have access to the Operator Console
Nothing rejected, and nothing still waiting in Needs Review, can be cited. Your drafting agents, including Marketing Strategist, Marketing Content, Marketing SEO, Marketing Email, and Marketing Social, can draw only on points you have approved.
Who It's For
- Agenteous owners: keep a trustworthy library so every claim your team publishes traces to something real.
- Content and marketing staff: pull approved, citable evidence into drafts instead of hunting through old decks.
- Account managers: turn a strong client result into evidence the whole team can cite.
