Prospector works in the background all day, in small steady batches. You do not need to start anything beyond adding domains.

Discovery

Discovery checks its queue every 5 minutes. How many domains it takes each time depends on Domains Per Hour, an Operator Console setting. At the default of 24 per hour, it handles 2 domains every 5 minutes, so a 100-domain upload takes about 4 hours. Raise the number to go faster, lower it to conserve data-source credits. If Drainer Enabled is switched off, domains stay queued until it is switched back on.

Enrichment

Enrichment checks its queue every minute and works on up to 3 contacts each time. Once an hour it also checks the HubSpot lists it tracks and queues anyone new. A contact from a tracked HubSpot list is queued again after 14 days.

Monthly Limits

Each data source has a monthly limit on how much Prospector may use. When a source reaches its limit, Prospector stops using it until the next month. Your administrator sets these limits.

Meeting Briefs

The meeting brief check runs every hour but does nothing, because meeting briefs are switched off in the standard setup. Nothing is generated and no calendar is read.
