Operations Overview
What It's For
Operations Overview is the one-glance health check for your install: are the agents active, are the services up, and what has AI cost you this week. Every tile and list links to the screen that holds the detail. Nothing here can be changed.
You find it in the Operator Console as the first screen under System.
Tiles
- Agents OK: how many agents switched on have nothing wrong, out of all agents switched on. An on-demand agent that nobody has used lately still counts as OK; only a background job that is Degraded or Down counts against it. Opens Agents and Tech Stack.
- Services healthy: how many monitored services passed their latest check. Services switched off on your install are not counted. Opens the Service Health tab of Monitoring.
- 7-day spend: AI spend over the last seven days. Opens Spend and Time Saved.
- Recent AI calls: the number of AI calls among the latest 100 recorded, so it never reads more than 100. It is not a daily or all-time total. Opens the Activity tab of Monitoring.
Each tile loads on its own. If one source does not respond, only that tile is dimmed and a short notice appears; the rest of the page still shows.
Agents Needing Attention
Every agent with a background job that is Degraded or Down, with the agent's status. Quiet on-demand agents and switched-off agents never appear here. When nothing needs attention you see "No agent needs attention" with the number of agents switched on. See Agents and Tech Stack for how status is worked out.
Services Needing Attention
Services that were down or degraded at the latest check. A service whose check is misconfigured is not listed here; you see it on the Service Health tab of Monitoring.

- Operations administrators: start the day here and follow any red tile.
- Agency owners: a quick read on whether the system is healthy and what it costs.
