The Operator Console

What It's For

The Operator Console is where you set up and run your Agenteous install, while the app is where your team does the daily work. In the console you connect your tools, describe your agency and its brands, decide who can do what, tune each agent, and check that everything is running. It is used by the person who administers the install and by the operators who own an area such as clients, sales, marketing or compliance. What you can change depends on your role, which is set on Operators, Inboxes and Known Senders.

How It Differs From the App

What you seeDrafts, feed, accounts, prospects, marketing workspacesSettings, agent activity, health, spend, audit history

Approving and editing the agents' drafts happens in the app, mostly in the Work Queue. The console shows you what the agents are doing and lets you change how they behave, but it is not where your team signs off on the day's drafts.

The Home Screen

The console opens on Home, a short live summary of the install. At a Glance shows three counts: Agents (with how many are healthy), Services Healthy (with how many are down, if any) and Clients. Below it, Signed In confirms the email you are signed in with. The counts refresh each time you load the page. Use the sidebar to go deeper.

The Seven Areas

The sidebar groups every page into seven areas. Within most areas, pages sit under Configure (settings) or Monitor (what is happening); System also has an Internals group for deeper settings. Some pages hold several related screens as tabs along the top.

  • Agency: who your agency is and how the install is wired: setup, profile, brands, brand channels, connections, people and roles, and inbox triage. Start with the Setup Wizard.
  • Clients: your roster of clients, the Account Assistant's activity, engagement health, the retention view and the log of CRM updates. Start with Clients.
  • Sales & Meetings: prospecting, voice outreach, the signal and deal desks, the Meeting, Sales and Principal assistants, CRM enrichment and ICP refinements. Start with Prospecting, Prospector and Hot 100.
  • Marketing: settings for the Content and SEO agents, activity for each marketing agent, AI visibility, and the proof point and testimonial library. Start with Marketing Agent Configs.
  • Compliance: governance rules, brand compliance, the regulatory digest, the audit log, the memory inspector and the action catalog. Start with Governance.
  • Automations: workflows, the credentials they use, and the template library. Start with Workflows, Credentials and Templates.
  • System: operational overview, agents and tech stack, monitoring, reliability, spend and time saved, the knowledge base, and internal settings such as channels and notifications. Start with Operations Overview.

The marketing agents' settings and activity pages appear only when your install includes the marketing agents.

Client Surfaces

Alongside the app and the console, an install can offer pages for your clients and for your back office: the Client Portal, Work Requests and Finance.

Who Uses It

  • Ops Admin and Admin Operator: set up the install, connect tools, assign roles, and watch health and spend. Saving most settings needs one of these roles or CCO.
  • CCO: owns governance, brand compliance and the audit trail, and holds the administrator permissions too.
  • Marketing Operator: works the marketing content and proof points, reviews ICP refinements and CRM enrichment changes, and edits client context. Changing agent settings needs one of the administrator roles above.
  • Viewer: reads the dashboards without changing anything, for executives and auditors.
