Schedule
Marketing HubSpot Builder runs on demand. It does not post on a schedule or watch for events in the background. Every build starts when you send a request in Slack.
How a Session Works
Each request is self-contained. You send a brief, the agent generates copy, runs the compliance review, and posts an approval card, all in the same session. Once you approve, it publishes to HubSpot and the session closes. There is no queued work and no background processing between requests.
If you approve a page and publish it, the agent posts a confirmation and the session ends. If you skip or cancel, nothing is published. Either way, the next build starts fresh from a new request.
No Background Monitoring
The agent does not watch your HubSpot portals for changes, run scheduled audits, or send proactive updates. If you want to know the state of a page you built previously, ask for it directly and the agent will look it up.
Multiple Builds in a Session
You can run several builds in sequence. After one page is approved and published, send a new request for the next page. Each approval card handles one asset; there is no batch mode.
If you have several pages to build at once, work through them one at a time. The agent keeps each approval card separate so you can review each page on its own before it goes to HubSpot.
