Schedule

Marketing Landing Pages runs when you ask. It has no schedule of its own: it does not watch your HubSpot portals, run audits, or start pages in the background. Every page begins when someone fills in the New Landing Page form on the Landing Pages screen in the app.

What Happens When You Start a Page

The agent writes the copy, builds the page body, and, if a Slack channel is assigned to it, posts an approval card. These steps run one after another in a single request, and the result of each stage is shown when it finishes. The page then waits under Awaiting Review.

From that point nothing moves until you act. The page can wait as long as you like. Approving, publishing, and rejecting are all your clicks.

Pages in Progress

The Landing Pages screen is the place to see where things stand. The counts at the top show how many pages are In Review, Approved, Live in HubSpot, and Failed. The sections below list pages that are Awaiting Review, Approved and Awaiting Publish, Recently Published, and Recent Problems.

One Page at a Time

Each request produces one page and one approval. There is no batch mode, and starting a second page does not affect the first. Work through pages in any order.

Nothing Is Published on a Timer

The agent never publishes a page by itself or at a set time. A page reaches HubSpot only when you choose Publish to HubSpot, and it goes live only when you choose Push Live.
