Marketing HubSpot Builder
Marketing HubSpot Builder is the agent that turns a campaign brief into a live landing page in your clients's HubSpot portal. You describe what you need, the agent writes brand-aware copy, routes it through a compliance review, and publishes the finished page directly to HubSpot. Every page that goes live does so only after you approve it.
The agent works inside your agency's HubSpot connection. It reads your brand voice and produces a headline, sub-headline, body copy, supporting bullets, and a call-to-action that fits the brand, then assembles the HTML structure the portal needs. Nothing goes to HubSpot until you approve it.
You can work with the agent two ways: ask it in Slack, or use its space inside the in-app Marketing Workspace. The workspace shows every page it has built, a detail view for each one where you can read and edit the copy, and a New Asset form to start a build without Slack. Approvals also appear in the Work Queue. Acting in one place clears it in the other, and if your agency has turned Slack off, the app is where everything waits.
Because Agenteous runs your agency in agency mode, you can scope each page to a specific client brand. The agent picks up the right portal, voice, and template for that brand automatically.
Key Capabilities
| Capability | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Brand-aware copy | Headline, sub-headline, body copy, bullets, and CTA written to your client's voice guidelines |
| Compliance review | Every draft passes through Marketing Brand Guard before you see an approval card |
| One-click publish | Approve the card and the page goes to HubSpot as a draft or live, your choice |
| Draft URL on every build | You get a preview link the moment the page is created in the portal |
| Edit before approve | You can rewrite any copy field and re-submit for compliance before approving |
| Per-brand portal routing | Each client's pages land in the correct HubSpot portal automatically |
| In-app workspace | A list of every page built, a detail view per page, and a New Asset form, with Approve, Edit, and Reject in the app |
The Approval Rule
Marketing HubSpot Builder never publishes a page without your explicit approval. After it generates copy, it surfaces the page for review in two places: an approval card in Slack and the agent's space in the in-app Marketing Workspace, with the same page also waiting in the Work Queue. Either way you see the headline, the key copy fields, and the compliance result from Marketing Brand Guard. You can approve, edit specific fields and resubmit, or ask for a full redraft. Only after you approve does the page move to HubSpot.
If Marketing Brand Guard flags a compliance issue (for example, a guarantee claim or an unverified comparison), the card shows the redlines and the page stays blocked until you address them.
