Commands

Talk to Marketing HubSpot Builder by mentioning it in Slack in the agent's channel. Each request starts with your brief: what the page is for, who it's aimed at, and what action you want visitors to take.

Build a Landing Page

@Agenteous build a landing page for the Q2 pricing rollout, audience: enterprise prospects, CTA: Book a call

The agent confirms the brief in one line, then generates a full copy draft: headline, sub-headline, body paragraphs, supporting bullets, and CTA text. It posts an approval card with the copy and the result from Marketing Brand Guard. You can approve, edit fields, or ask for a redraft.

Specify a Client Brand

@Agenteous build a landing page for the spring product launch, brand: acme, audience: SMB decision-makers, CTA: Start free trial

When your agency manages multiple clients, include the brand name so the agent picks the right voice, portal, and template. Without a brand, the agent uses your default brand.

Supply Source Material

@Agenteous build a landing page for the new security features, CTA: Request a demo. Here's the brief: [paste your draft or bullet points]

Paste any supporting text after your request. The agent uses it to ground the copy: pulling facts, proof points, or framing from your material rather than inventing them.

Publish as Draft Only

@Agenteous build a landing page for the partner program, CTA: Apply now. Save as draft, don't publish yet

By default, approving a page pushes it live. If you want it to land in HubSpot as a draft so you can review it in the portal before going live, say so in your request.

Edit Copy Fields Before Approving

@Agenteous update the headline to: "Cut onboarding time by half" and resubmit

After the agent posts an approval card, you can ask it to update specific fields. It rewrites the named fields, re-runs the compliance check, and posts a fresh approval card.

Request a Full Redraft

@Agenteous redraft: the tone is too formal, use a more direct voice

If the entire copy direction is off, ask for a redraft with brief notes. The agent generates a new version from scratch and posts a new approval card.

Approval Buttons

Every approval card includes these buttons:

  • Approve: Sends the page to HubSpot. The agent posts a confirmation with the draft URL and the portal it landed in.
  • Edit: Opens a text prompt so you can specify which fields to change before the page moves forward.
  • Redraft: Discards the current version and generates a new one from the original brief.
  • Skip: Cancels this build without publishing. The draft is saved locally so you can pick it up later.

If Marketing Brand Guard blocks a page, the Approve button is disabled until the redlines are resolved. Edit the flagged content and resubmit to clear the block.
