Marketing HubSpot Builder posts all messages in the agent's Slack channel, in the same thread as your request. There are no DM deliveries; the approval card, the compliance result, and the publish confirmation all appear where you asked for the build.

Brief Confirmation

When: Immediately after you submit a build request.

What it contains:

  • A one-line restatement of the brief (topic, audience, CTA, brand)
  • Confirmation that the agent is generating copy

Action required: None. The approval card follows automatically once copy is ready.

Approval Card

When: Copy generation and the Marketing Brand Guard review are both complete.

What it contains:

  • Headline and sub-headline
  • Body copy preview
  • Supporting bullets
  • CTA text
  • Brand Guard result: auto-approved, redlined, or blocked
  • If redlined: the specific flags raised (for example, "unverified comparison in bullet 2")
  • Draft preview URL (the page already exists in HubSpot at this point, as a draft)

Action required: Click Approve, Edit, Redraft, or Skip. The page will not go live until you approve.

Compliance Block

When: Marketing Brand Guard rejects the copy before the approval card is posted.

What it contains:

  • The compliance flags that triggered the block (for example, guarantee language, missing attribution)
  • The copy fields that need attention

Action required: Edit the flagged fields and resubmit, or request a full redraft. The block clears automatically once the revised copy passes the review.

Publish Confirmation

When: You click Approve and the page successfully publishes to HubSpot.

What it contains:

  • The page headline
  • The HubSpot portal the page landed in
  • The draft or live URL
  • Whether the page was pushed live or saved as a draft

Action required: None. Click the URL to preview the page in HubSpot.

Build Failure

When: The publish step fails after you approve (for example, a HubSpot connection issue).

What it contains:

  • A plain-English description of what failed
  • Whether the failure is with the portal connection or the content itself
  • What to do next (for example, check that the portal is connected, then retry)

Action required: Follow the steps in the message. If the connection is healthy and the failure repeats, contact support@agenteous.com.

If a build is interrupted before the approval card appears, the request is saved. You can ask the agent to resume or start a new build.
