Front is your shared inbox for client communications. Agenteous reads conversations from your Front inboxes so that agents stay aware of what your clients are saying, asking, and experiencing, without you having to forward or summarize every message.

What the Agents Do with Front

Conversation Monitoring

Agenteous polls your Front inboxes on a regular cycle and reads new conversations and messages. Each conversation is processed and stored as a client signal: a structured record of who communicated, what they said, and when.

Client Signals for Account Assistant

Account Assistant uses these signals to maintain an accurate picture of each client relationship. When a client raises a concern, asks a question, or goes quiet, the signal feeds the account health picture the agent tracks.

Surfacing What Matters

When a signal indicates something that needs your attention: a client showing signs of frustration, a request that has gone unanswered, or an account that has gone quiet, Account Assistant surfaces it in Slack so you can act.

What Inboxes Are Monitored

The integration reads every inbox that your agency's connection is configured to access. Your operator sets which inboxes are included during setup. If you want to add or remove an inbox from monitoring, contact support@agenteous.com.

The connection is read-only. Agenteous does not reply to, tag, or archive Front conversations on your behalf.

How to Tell It Is Connected

When Front is connected, Account Assistant receives a steady feed of client conversation data. You will see the account health indicators in the app reflect recent conversation activity. If you send a test message through a monitored Front inbox and the related account's signals do not update within about 10 minutes, contact support@agenteous.com.
