Integrations Overview
Agenteous connects to the tools your agency already uses. Each connection gives the agents the context and access they need to do useful work: reading your CRM, pulling meeting transcripts, dispatching tasks, and more. Your agency connects its own accounts. Most connections are stored by your administrator in the Operator Console, under Agency, in Connections, and credentials are never shown again after they are saved; the pages below say where the others are set up.
The standing rule is that nothing reaches a client until a person approves it. Approving an item is how you decide, and what happens next depends on the item: some approvals send at once, some leave a draft, some schedule a post, and some hand off to a separate publish step. Getting Started lists each one, and each page below says what it does for its own connection.
The table shows each connection and what it does for your agency.
| Tool | What it does for your agency |
|---|---|
| HubSpot | CRM context for the agents, audited CRM updates, blog and social publishing, landing pages, and cards inside HubSpot |
| Slack | The surface where agents post cards, digests and alerts and receive your requests |
| Google Workspace | Inbox triage and reply approval, meeting follow-up drafts, calendar-based meeting briefs, Shared Drive sync, and Search Console data |

| Meeting Recorders | Meeting transcripts that feed post-meeting reports, action items and follow-up drafts |
| Notion | Knowledge-base indexing so agents can draw on your internal documents |
| DataForSEO | Search rankings, search results and site audit data for SEO and AI visibility |

Each page in this section explains what the connection does for you and how to confirm it is working.
