ClickUp
Agenteous creates tasks in ClickUp so meeting follow-ups and agent-generated action items land in the right place automatically. You review what gets created; the agents handle the dispatch once you approve.
What the Agents Do with ClickUp
Meeting Follow-Up Tasks
After a meeting, the Meeting Assistant identifies action items from the transcript and posts them in Slack as a checklist. Each item has a checkbox. When you check a box, the Meeting Assistant creates a ClickUp task for that item in the destination list for the relevant client. You control which items become tasks; unchecked items are not dispatched.
Action Items from Briefs and Decisions
The Principal Assistant can open ClickUp tasks for flagged follow-ups that surface in executive briefs. When a decision or commitment needs tracking, it becomes a task rather than getting lost in a summary.
Concierge-Routed Tasks
When a conversation in the Concierge channel produces a clear action item, the Concierge can dispatch a ClickUp task to capture it.
Which Agents Use This Connection

How to Tell It Is Connected
When ClickUp is connected, the Meeting Assistant's post-meeting Slack cards include checkboxes that are active, and ticking one produces a confirmation message in Slack that the task was created. The task then appears in your ClickUp workspace.
If checkboxes appear but no task is created after clicking, or if the Meeting Assistant's follow-up card notes a task-dispatch error, contact support@agenteous.com.
