CloudTalk
CloudTalk is the phone service behind Voice Outreach. Your agency connects its own CloudTalk account, and Voice Outreach uses it to prepare and place calls to prospects and to learn how the calls went.
What It Does for Your Agency
Preparing Calls
Voice Outreach works through a queue about once a minute. For each call it gathers context about the prospect, writes a call brief, runs compliance and pre-call checks, and then, only if dialing is allowed, places the call. By default, each call brief waits for your approval in Voice Calls in the app before the call can be placed.
Calls are not placed unless your agency has turned dialing on. Until then, the platform holds the call briefs and dials nothing. Turning dialing on is a deliberate decision for your administrator, not something that happens when you connect CloudTalk.
The Calls Themselves
Calls are carried out by AI voice agents set up in CloudTalk. Your administrator and CloudTalk's setup define what each voice agent is for.
Call Outcomes
About every two minutes, Agenteous checks CloudTalk for completed calls and records the outcome, including in HubSpot.

How to Tell It Is Connected
In the Operator Console, under Agency, Connections has a voice card for CloudTalk with a key ID and key. Voice Outreach itself is configured in the Operator Console, and calls and their outcomes appear in Voice Calls.
If calls stay queued after you approve them, check first that dialing has been turned on, then contact support@agenteous.com.
