n8n is the automation tool that runs alongside Agenteous. It carries the scheduled glue between your systems: syncing ClickUp time into Airtable for billing, posting work-order notices to Slack, and sending HubSpot alerts and operational digests. You manage these automations from the Operator Console, under Automations, in Workflows.
What It Does for Your Agency
Shipped Workflow Templates
The product ships ready-made workflow templates, including:
- ClickUp to Airtable syncs for structure, tasks and time, which feed billing and client status.
- A Slack notice when a ClickUp work order arrives.
- HubSpot alerts for a newly created quote and for stale deals.
- A revenue watchdog, a marketing approval digest, weekly digests and upkeep jobs.
Which templates are switched on is your agency's choice. The Workflows page shows what is running.
Feeding Billing and Client Status
The nightly client status run follows a ClickUp-to-Airtable time sync that runs in the early hours. If that sync is stale, the status run stops rather than report old numbers.
How to Tell It Is Connected
There is no card for n8n on the Connections screen. Open Workflows: the automations your agency has switched on are listed there with their recent activity. If a Slack notice, digest or sync you expected has not arrived, contact support@agenteous.com.
