Airtable

Airtable holds the client hours base: your clients, the hours each has, and time entries. The billing portal reads it, and it is kept current by the ClickUp syncs that n8n runs. The whole feature is off until your administrator turns billing on.

What It Does for Your Agency

Client Hours and the Billing Portal

When billing is on, the Billing Manager copies the client hours base once a day into the billing data and the client portal. It grants and expires pools of hours, can sync ClickUp time, and warns when a client's remaining hours fall below a threshold. The shipped defaults are a block of 40 hours and a warning at 5 hours remaining; your administrator can change both.

Feeding Client Status

The nightly client status reads time that the ClickUp to Airtable syncs have brought in, and stops if that sync is stale.

How to Tell It Is Connected

The sign that it is working is that the client portal shows current hours for your clients. If hours look wrong or stale, contact support@agenteous.com.
