What the Agents Do with HubSpot

Client and Deal Context

When an agent is working on a task related to one of your clients, it reads contact records, company data, and deal history from HubSpot. This context shapes the briefs, recommendations, and drafts the agent produces. You do not have to paste in account details; the agent pulls what it needs.

Content Publishing

Marketing Content publishes blog posts directly to your clients' HubSpot portals. Each piece goes through your approval step in Slack before it is published. You see the draft, approve it, and the agent handles the rest.

HubSpot Asset Building and Audits

Marketing HubSpot Builder builds HubSpot assets from your specifications: landing pages, forms, email templates, workflows, and more. It also runs portal audits that check template structure, workflow logic, form setup, SEO settings, and pipeline health. Audit results arrive in Slack with scored findings and specific recommendations.

How to Tell It Is Connected

When HubSpot is connected, agents that need client context respond with accurate account details without you supplying them. Marketing Content will present a "Publish to HubSpot" approval card in Slack when a blog post is ready. Marketing HubSpot Builder will accept audit requests and return scored results.
