Personize
Personize is the memory service some Agenteous agents use to remember what they have learned about people and companies across conversations. There is nothing for you to configure or review day to day. This page explains it so you know what it is and what privacy control exists.
What It Does for Your Agency
Governed Memory
Agents write what they learn to memory and read it back when it is relevant, so a conversation next week can use what was learned last week.
Private Gateway
Memory can run on a private gateway that sits on your own install rather than a hosted service. Whether your agency uses it is a deliberate choice made when the install is set up; it is off by default.
De-identification
Personize can remove identifying details from what is stored in memory. This setting is off by default and your administrator opts in. When it is on, the names and contact details of people known from your CRM are removed before memory is kept. People who are not in your CRM may not be caught.
How to Tell It Is Connected
There is no card for Personize on the Connections screen, and nothing to approve. If you want to know whether memory or de-identification is in use for your agency, ask your administrator or contact support@agenteous.com.
