Commands

Drafts are created in the app. Slack carries review cards for drafts that come from meetings. A free-form message to the agent gets a conversational reply and does not create a draft.

Create Drafts in the App

In the Social workspace, choose New Post. The form asks for:

• Source Story (required): the raw material, such as a customer win, a campaign result or a talk. One specific story works better than a general prompt.
• Brand: leave blank to use your default brand.
• Posting As: The Company Account, or A Specific Staff Member. A staff post uses that person's voice profile.
• Staff Member: required when posting as a person.
• How Many Variants: how many alternative drafts to write. The default is three.
• Formats to Try: which shapes to mix in: long-form, single stat, narrative, list, question or contrarian.

Choose Generate Drafts. Nothing is posted. Each draft opens from the Generated Drafts list, where you can read the post body, the reason the writer chose it and the alternative openings it considered.

Review and Decide in the App

On the Social workspace, drafts waiting for a decision can be filtered by Attribution: All, Company or Personal. Each row has Approve, Edit and Reject, plus a menu with Regenerate Text and Generate Blog Post. Edit opens the draft page, where Edit Body lets you change the text. Generate Blog Post writes a blog draft from the post and places it in Marketing Content for review.

The draft page has Approve, Reject and, on a queued post, Publish Now. Drafts you generate in the app also show up in the Work Queue, where you can approve or reject them.

Approval Buttons

A draft posted to Slack, for example one written from a meeting, appears as a LinkedIn Draft card with the post text, the opening line and the brand and attribution. The card has:

• Approve: gives the post its next publishing slot.
• Edit: opens the text for editing.
• Reject: asks you to confirm, then for an optional reason, and removes the draft from the schedule.
• Overflow menu: Regenerate Text, and Generate Image or Regenerate Image.
• Generate Blog Post: appears on meeting-based cards and creates a draft in Marketing Content.

Snooze is a Work Queue feature and does not appear on the card, and the card has no Redraft or Skip button. After a decision the buttons are replaced by a status line.
