Prospector
Prospector is your research engine for finding and refreshing the people you want to sell to. You give it the website domains of companies you want to reach, and it finds the decision-makers at each one: names, titles, emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles, each with a confidence level so you know how much to trust it.
Prospector runs quietly in the background. You direct it from the app rather than by chatting with it. You add domains, and the contacts appear in the app when the research is done. There is nothing to type and no channel to watch.
It does more than a one-time lookup. For the prospects you keep tracking, Prospector re-checks public sources on its own and keeps your CRM records current as things change. When one of those prospects has an upcoming external meeting on your calendar, Prospector writes a sales-ready prep brief ahead of time so you walk in knowing who you are meeting and how to move the relationship forward.
What It Does
Give Prospector a list of company domains and it goes to work on each one. It searches public sources for the people whose titles say they make decisions: owners, founders, chief marketing and revenue roles, managing directors, and the like. For each person it returns a name, title, work email, phone number, and LinkedIn profile when it can find them, and it ranks the contacts so the most relevant decision-makers sit at the top.
Prospector is honest about how sure it is. Every contact and every email carries a confidence level of high, medium, or low. When it has to guess an email address from a company's pattern rather than confirm it through email verification, it marks that email as guessed. A guessed email is never shown as verified. You always know whether a piece of information was confirmed or inferred.
For prospects you continue to track, Prospector keeps the picture fresh. It re-checks public sources on a regular cadence, flags what is genuinely new, and updates the matching record in your CRM so your team is never working from stale information. When a tracked prospect appears on your calendar for an external meeting, Prospector prepares a prep brief in advance: a short summary of who they are, why they fit your services, the points to land, questions to ask, objections to expect, and a recommended next step.
Key Capabilities
| Capability | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Decision-maker discovery | Upload or paste company domains and get back a ranked list of contacts: name, title, email, phone, LinkedIn, a decision-maker flag, and a confidence level |
| Honest confidence | Every contact and email is labeled high, medium, or low; a guessed email is marked as guessed and never presented as verified |
| Ongoing freshness | Tracked prospects are re-checked on a cadence; only what is materially new is flagged, so you are not buried in noise |
| Current CRM records | The matching record in your CRM is kept up to date as details change, with each change logged for an audit trail |
| Meeting prep briefs | A sales-ready brief is written automatically before an external meeting: who they are, why they fit, talking points, discovery questions, likely objections, and a recommended next step |
| Budget awareness | Prospector works within set monthly limits on paid lookups and stops cleanly when a limit is reached, rather than overspending |
The Approval Rule
Prospector works on its own within preset guardrails. Without asking, it researches the domains you add, re-checks the prospects you track, updates your CRM records, writes meeting briefs, and skips any source it is not allowed to use. This work runs in the background so the results are ready when you open the app.
Its output is advisory. Prospector does not send outreach, create deals, or take any sales action on its own. It hands you the research and the briefs; you decide what to do with them.
Changes that affect cost or compliance are held for a person. Adding a new data source, raising a spending limit, or changing which CRM fields Prospector writes to all wait for human approval before they take effect.
