Marketing Proof Points
Marketing Proof Points is your evidence librarian. It builds and keeps a clean library of the facts your agency can cite in its marketing: real client outcomes, direct quotes, statistics, and testimonials, each tied to a real source. When a draft needs to say "we cut onboarding time by two thirds," Proof Points is where that claim comes from and how you know it is true.
The agent pulls candidate evidence out of the material you feed it, such as a client-call summary, a case study, or pasted research. It records each point with its source, a category, and a confidence level. It never invents a number and never makes a result sound better than the source said.
You are the gate. Proof Points proposes; you decide what becomes usable. Until you approve a point, no draft can cite it.
What It Does
Proof Points reads a source you give it and extracts the citable claims inside: a concrete outcome with a number, a client quote, a statistic, or a named testimonial. It throws out generic opinion, motivational filler, and anything with no source behind it. Every point it keeps carries an attribution, so you can always see where the claim came from.
When you have a batch of candidates, you run a Scrutiny pass. Scrutiny removes near-duplicate points, scores the survivors, and ranks them. A point that passes Scrutiny has cleared the quality bar, but that is a ranking, not permission to use it.
A separate, deliberate step makes a point usable: your approval. You review the candidates in the Needs Review queue and Approve or Reject each one. Only approved points enter the library that your drafting agents are allowed to cite. When a point names a specific client, Proof Points also prepares an anonymized, public-safe version so the claim can be used without exposing who it is about.
Key Capabilities
| Capability | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Evidence extraction | Pulls citable outcomes, quotes, stats, and testimonials out of a source, each with its attribution |
| Number honesty | Keeps every figure exactly as the source stated it; never rounds up or inflates a result |
| Scrutiny pass | Removes near-duplicates and scores the survivors so the strongest evidence rises to the top |
| Needs Review queue | A single place to approve or reject candidates before any of them can be cited |
| Anonymized versions | A public-safe restatement of any point that names a client, so it can be used without exposing identity |
| Filterable library | Browse and narrow by category, confidence, source type, and starred, across each brand you run |
| Starring | Mark the points you want your drafting agents to reach for first |
| Source highlighting | Jump from a citation in a draft straight to the exact proof point behind it |
The Approval Rule
You are the gate, and the gate has two parts. Understanding the difference keeps the library trustworthy.
Scrutiny is a ranking, not a release. When a candidate passes Scrutiny, it has cleared a quality check: it is not a duplicate and it scored well enough to be worth your attention. It is still a candidate. It cannot be cited by anyone yet.
Approval is the release. A point becomes usable only when you Approve it in the Needs Review queue. Approval is what moves a point into the citable library. Until then, it sits and waits for you.
Proof Points does this much on its own: it extracts candidates, records their sources, runs Scrutiny when you ask, scores and ranks survivors, and prepares anonymized versions where a client is named. It will not add a point that has no source, and it will not "verify" something you merely asserted; it asks for a citable source instead.
Approved points flow to the agents that write your client-facing copy: Marketing Strategist, Marketing Content, and Marketing SEO. Those agents can only ground their drafts in points you have approved. Nothing you reject, and nothing still waiting in Needs Review, can ever reach a published draft.
Who It's For
- Agency owners: keep a tight, trustworthy library of evidence so every claim your team publishes traces back to something real.
- Content and marketing staff: stop hunting through old decks for that one stat; pull approved, citable proof points straight into your drafts.
- Account managers: turn a strong client result into reusable, public-safe evidence the whole agency can cite.
