Marketing Agents
The Agent Team
Agenteous gives your agency a team of 25 agents. Each one does a defined job: it drafts, analyzes, or prepares, and a person decides before anything reaches a client or goes public. Where an agent sends or publishes after you approve, its entry below says so. A few internal messages, such as briefs and nudges to your own team, go out without a click.
Brand checking is a separate control. It has three modes, set in the Operator Console: Enforce, Warn, and Off. Warn is the shipped default. When it is set to Warn or Enforce, the agents that publish ask Marketing Brand Guard for a verdict when you approve or publish. Open any agent below for its commands, notifications, schedule, examples, and troubleshooting.
Marketing
| Agent | What it does for you |
|---|---|
| Marketing Strategist | Plans a campaign from your brief and waits for your approval; a separate Dispatch step then hands the plan to the delivery agents |
| Marketing Content | Researches and writes long-form blog posts with an SEO brief, an outline, and a score-and-fix pass; nothing reaches a CMS until you approve |
| Marketing Social | Drafts LinkedIn posts for the company page and connected staff accounts; an approved post publishes in its next scheduled window |
| Marketing SEO | Runs keyword research, on-page audits, and AI answer-engine visibility checks; it analyzes only and never publishes |
| Marketing PPC | Classifies the Google Ads campaign data you enter, reviews ad copy, and recommends budget shifts; it changes nothing in your ad accounts |
| Marketing Email | Drafts newsletters, drips, and one-off emails; approving marks an email approved, and sending is a separate step that stays off unless your agency turns on outbound email |
| Marketing Designer | Turns a visual idea into a brand-aware brief and generates one image per request, with alt text and two alternative prompts you can re-run |
| Marketing Video | Builds a short-form video step by step, from script and storyboard to stills, renders, and a final assembly |
| Marketing Podcast | Plans episodes, transcribes recordings, suggests clips, and writes show notes and promotional copy |
| Marketing Web | Produces a page brief and paste-ready HTML; you place it on your own site and record the live address |
| Marketing Landing Pages | Writes HubSpot landing page copy; approving it and publishing it are separate steps, and publishing creates a HubSpot draft unless you choose Push Live |
| Marketing Brand Guard | Scores drafts against each brand's rules in Warn or Enforce mode, runs on-demand audits, and suggests content topics |
| Marketing Analytics | Reports what the marketing agents produced, by brand and time window, in the app and as Slack summaries |
| Marketing Proof Points | Builds a library of citable client evidence that your drafting agents can use only after you approve each point |
| Marketing Competitor Intel | Keeps a competitor watchlist for each brand, labels the moves it records, and lets you queue a move as a topic |
Sales
| Agent | What it does for you |
|---|---|
| Sales Assistant | Finds stale deals, quiet contacts, threads with no reply, and meetings with no follow-up, then drafts a re-engagement email each weekday at 10am; approving puts the draft in Gmail and you send it |
| Prospector | Finds decision-makers at the company domains you give it, with confidence-scored emails, and enriches contacts back into HubSpot |
| Voice Outreach | Prepares AI phone calls and holds each one for your approval; no calls are placed unless your agency has turned dialing on |
Ops
| Agent | What it does for you |
|---|---|
| Concierge | Answers first questions about what Agenteous covers and suggests which specialist to ask |
| Principal Assistant | Acts as chief of staff: morning and end-of-day briefs, Gmail triage and escalation cards, meeting intelligence, and a decision journal |
| Meeting Assistant | Prepares a brief before each meeting and turns the transcript into a report, action items, and follow-up drafts that reach Gmail only after you approve |
| Account Assistant | Watches account managers' inboxes, classifies client email, and drafts replies; Approve sends the reply from the connected mailbox |
| Customer Success | Reads client health to surface churn risk, quiet clients, renewals, and expansion openings; it never writes to clients |
| PM Assistant | Checks logged time against targets, nudges people privately, and posts team summaries and budget reports; it notifies and changes nothing |
| Knowledge Base | Answers questions from your indexed knowledge and cites the sources it used |
